Liquid Flow is a beverage-friendly yoga flow class in a relaxed, chill environment. It's what we like to call "Casual Fitness".
Class is 75 minutes & your ticket includes your first beverage!
*We do NOT have mats or other yoga props. Please bring what you need.
$5 cocktails & $3 mocktails are served!
Doors Open at 6pm. Yoga Rave from 6:30-7:30pm. Cool Down starts at 7:30pm.
