WEDDINGS
All packages require:

A $550 security deposit (does not go towards final package price) is due at the signing to secure the date of your event and is reimbursed post-event, pending no damages. Deposit it forfeited if event is cancelled.

In addition, 50% of the rental fee is due 6 months prior to the event, with the total balance due 1 month prior to your event date.
All packages include:

Bartender on site with fully stocked cash bar.

Set-up of tables & chairs with linens, unless otherwise noted.

Clean-up and maintenance of venue spaces & provided items.

Complimentary water & lemonade for all guests.

Use of warming kitchen including counters, refrigerator, and more. Please note we do not have a stove or oven on site.
